Happy New Year!! To all our adopters and loyal supporters of the association Posted on January 4, 2023 January 4, 2023 by Brigit Happy New Year 2023 dear friends of cats ... The year 2022 has been intense in this context of crisis that affects us all. Many more sterilizations of "free" cats, rescues, and many adoptions of kittens and adult cats, often very young. But also more abandonments and a slight decrease in adoptions, alas. But we wanted to greet all our adopters, our volunteers and Foster Families (so precious ...), all our supporters and loyal donors ... Since the official creation of the association in 2004, many people have joined us, with much happiness and great successes as well. Among all our precious volunteers, let's talk about Élise, who has become our Facebook & Messenger expert, for the dissemination and sharing of information, management of emails and SOS. Her involvement in adoptions has become essential for the association. Clothilde, who created an Instagram account this year to also boost adoptions. Nathalie, a faithful volunteer for 20 years, who accompanies us to the adopter's home and checks the window safety. Virginie as a very attentive Foster Family and her husband Éric, who helps with the installation of window safety. Do not forget all our foster families who perform an outstanding job of socialization, a stepping stone for successful adoptions for our cats and kittens. Corinne, Maria, Véronique and many others, all active members of the association. We are all complementary and indispensable in the links of this solidarity chain that helps us adopt all these adorable kittens and young cats, often cruelly abandoned. And sometimes mistreated and abused by life and our human condition. Don't forget the huge work in managing adoptions: processing adoption requests, initial phone contacts, connecting with the foster family to meet the cat, and finally having future adopters sign an engagement contract to emphasize this responsible act. After a week of reflection, the cat or kitten can go to its new home where it can thrive in peace. But our main activity remains the sterilization campaigns whose aim is to stop all these births where the small ones are suffering agonizing deaths without any mercy. You can also help us by making a donation. And you know what? You still have a few days left to participate in our draw.
