Testimonial of the adoption of the kitten ZOULOU Posted on January 15, 2017 August 17, 2019 by Brigit Adopted at 6 months by a super family who secured the windows for everyone's comfort... Here is the testimonial of her adoption. Hello! I'm Zoulou. I'm 9 months old. After being taken in by Corinne from the Chat Adoption Association, I am living happy days with my new family for more than three months already. She nicknamed me "the little climber" because I am a real clingy one (a bit less now though since I've grown a bit). I am lively, curious about everything and very greedy... (my favorite sin? Cheese!). You could say I have a character and know how to express what I want... especially with THE technique of meowing without making a sound. It almost always works (use it sparingly for maximum effectiveness ;o) I love giving kisses on the nose, cuddles and playing until I fall asleep. Do you know those plastic seals that close packages? That's what I like best - tied with the foot attack under the blanket and the wild run through the apartment!! As soon as there is a ray of sunlight, I love to gossip from the outside ledge of my 5th floor window - it's simple, I love this place so much that I even sleep there (not directly on the concrete, no, they put a blanket for me)! And that I can do, because, according to Corinne and Laurence, all the windows were secured by Denis, my dad - 4 windows, some planks, chicken wire, lots of staples and almost a whole day of work - everyone can say it was well worth it!! I finish by saying a big THANK YOU to the Chat Adoption association which does a really great job and allows little kittens like me, not very well started in life, to simply be HAPPY!!

How do I contact the shelter about Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. École du Chat de Drancy handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — École du Chat de Drancy will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with École du Chat de Drancy early rather than rehoming privately; they know Témoignage de l’adoption du chaton ZOULOU and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (FR). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
