This is a Podhalian Shepherd dog, impressive both in posture and character. Like many dogs of this type, he is alert, intelligent, and strongly attached to his caregiver. At the same time, he is a rather distrustful dog towards new people and needs time to trust and feel safe in a new relationship. Because of this, Bono is looking for a calm, stable, and consistent caregiver who will be able to provide him with a sense of security and clear rules. With the right approach, the dog quickly shows his wise and willing to cooperate nature. He works very well with a caregiver he knows and eagerly undertakes joint activities. Bono is an intelligent dog and learns quickly. He can walk on a leash and orientates well during walks with someone he knows. In shelter conditions, he can be stressed, so he very much needs a quiet home where he can relax and feel stability. In the kennel, he maintains cleanliness, which shows that he can control his needs and has good habits. We are looking for a responsible home that understands the needs of a large, independent dog of the Podhalian Shepherd type and is ready to spend time building a relationship with him based on trust.
