Bruno is a 3 year old neutered Belgian Malinois x GSD. Bruno came to us when his owner could no longer look after him due to mental health issues. Sadly, Bruno has been in kennels for nearly two years. He is the kennels' favourite! He’s clean in his kennel and is happy to go back in after he’s been exercised. Bruno will need an active home that understands Belgian Malinois and their characteristics to help provide physical and mental stimulation. He loves to play with toys. He has never shown any aggression but does like to nip (maligator kisses). He loves people and will jump up to say hello. Bruno has lived with other dogs in the past and could live with another female. He plays with other dogs at the kennels and there’s never been an issue. He has a high prey drive and will fence run when cars drive past the fence. He goes out for walks with our volunteer Dave and his female GSD Kel. Bruno travels well in a crate in the van. He has not lived with cats but does have a strong prey drive and will chase. Bruno does pull on the lead but is fine walking past dogs. Bruno loves to be groomed.
