Adopted through the animal shelter, May 2026 Animal Shelter Tenerife (Sabine): Input March 30, 2026: Canela has a look that you just can't resist! So soft, so innocent... but she knows exactly what she wants and also how to get it! Canela has no traumas, she gets along super well with her brothers and sisters and loves our attention. A game, a sprint or a soft cuddle, you can get her into anything you want. Canela was born with us when her mother Kaneeltje was found very pregnant. So she is growing up safely with her mom and siblings, being well raised among the dogs but also enjoying the love and attention from people. A perfect start to later be able to explore the world further together with her own human, and maybe even another dog companion in the house! Until then, Kaneeltje and we will continue to enjoy her while guiding her towards more adventures. Once this lovely girl has had all her vaccinations, she will be able to join the daily walks and also run free in our safe enclosed off-leash area with other companions. That will definitely be a success and a lot of fun! For now, she enjoys their patio where they have both indoor and outdoor space and also a sandy area where she likes to sniff around and often takes a siesta in the sunshine with the rest. Canela is supposed to travel to her golden bed and her own family around mid-May to continue growing and enjoying but we wanted to introduce her anyway. Soon more photos and videos because these little ones grow by the day! Canela's mother, Kaneeltje, is about 48cm tall. We estimate that her puppies will also remain around that height when adult, 50-55cm.

Geadopteerd via het asiel, mei 2026 Asiel Tenerife (Sabine): Input 30 maart 2026: Canela heeft een blik waar je gewoon niet tegen op kan! Zo zacht, zo onschuldig...maar ze weet heel goed wat ze wil en ook hoe ze dat kan krijgen! Canela heeft geen trauma’s, ze kan super met haar broertjes en zusjes opschieten en is dol op onze aandacht. Een spelletje, een sprintje of een zachte knuffel je kan haar voor alles zo gek krijgen als je maar wilt. Canela werd bij ons geboren toen haar moeder Kaneeltje hoogzwanger werd gevonden. Ze groeit dus veilig bij zijn mama en broertjes en zusjes op, wordt goed opgevoed onder de honden maar geniet ook van de liefde en aandacht van de mensen. Een perfect begin om straks de wereld verder te kunnen gaan ontdekken samen met een eigen mens, en wie weet zelfs een ander hondenmaatje in huis! Tot dan gaan Kaneeltje en wij hier nog even verder met van haar genieten terwijl we haar begeleiden naar steeds meer avonturen. Zodra dit mooie meisje al haar inentingen heeft gehad mag ze straks mee met de dagelijkse wandelingen en ook los in onze veilige omheinde losloopweide met andere maatjes. Dat wordt zeker een succes en grote lol!Voor nu geniet ze al graag van hun patio waar ze zowel binnen als buitenruimte hebben en ook een stuk met zand waar hij graag rond snuffelt en ook vaak een siësta houd in het zonnetje met de rest. Canela zou rond midden mei mogen reizen naar haar gouden mandje en eigen gezin om verder te groeien en genieten maar we wilden haar toch al voorstellen. Binnenkort meer foto’s en filmpjes want deze kleintjes groeien met de dag!Canela haar moeder, Kaneeltje, is rond de 48cm klein. We schatten dat haar kleintjes ook volwassen rond die hoogte zullen blijven, 50-55cm.
