The story of Capri is actually the story of the four kittens - Capri, Sophie, Indie and Teddy. The four had many difficulties on their way so far. They overcame hunger and diseases, but they survived thanks to the many caring hands they passed through. At first, there were five kittens. They were found by chance - thrown into a trash can. A passerby had mercy and immediately took them in. One of them did not survive the time spent outside without care - probably a few days. The remaining ones could not easily adapt to this big change. The four surviving kittens came to the clinic of the Four Paws Foundation for examination just in time. Each of them weighed only 70 grams, almost half of what was expected. Despite being warmed and fed, they weakened every day. The following few weeks were critical for them - their feeding schedule had to be changed, they had to be warmed and receive enough fluids and vitamins. This period of starvation delayed their development and hindered them from eating and growing normally. A prolonged treatment was necessary. But finally the kittens fought for their lives, now healthy and growing normally. Capri was named so because of her demanding temperament and at first she was the hardest to feed. Now that she has grown up, she is a real lady who knows exactly what she likes. Her favorite activity is to gather the whole family to cuddle and groom. Capri is the main initiator of this important activity and does not stop until everyone is completely clean. During the rest of the time, she likes to lounge around, until a toy catches her attention. Then she starts to examine it. This is very interesting and attracts her brother Teddy. He joins her and they start the big games. Capri loves her people and wants them to join her activities. When she wants their attention, she goes to them and starts to talk to them kindly, because she knows that a good word opens every door.

Историята на Капри е всъщност историята на четирите котенца – Капри, Софи, Инди и Теди. Четиримата имаха много премеждия по пътя си дотук. Преодоляха глад и болести, но оцеляха благодарение на многото грижовни ръце, през които минаха. В началото котенцата били пет. Случайно били намерени - изхвърлени в кофа за боклук. Един минувач се смилил и веднага ги прибрал. Едно от тях не оцеляло времето, прекарано навън без грижи – вероятно няколко дни. А останалите не можели да свикнат лесно с тази голяма промяна. Четирите оцелели писанчета дошли в клиниката на фондация ЧЕТИРИ ЛАПИ за преглед тъкмо навреме. Всяко едно от тях тежало едва 70 грама, почти наполовина на очакваното. Въпреки че били топлени и хранени, те отслабвали всеки ден.
