Cash

Unknown · Kitten · 2 months

Hi, I'm Cash, I'm a black and white kitten with a white stripe over my nose. I was born on March 27, 2026, in the garden of a kind gentleman. He discovered us the day after and called the Animal Ambulance. The Animal Ambulance brought us immediately to a foster family. Our mom was happy to come with us as well. At the foster family, it was nice and warm, and our mom could spend all her time with us, didn't have to look for food, and never had to leave us alone. We were lucky. We are now almost 8 weeks old and enjoy everything. We play with each other, run after each other in the kitten room, play with a fishing rod or ball, cuddle with mom, eat, and sleep. I'm an affectionate and gentle boy who greets you when the door to the kitten room is opened. I like to play with my brother Cooper, but I can also get along well with my other brothers. I can move in with my brother from June 5th. I want to stay in a house with my brother or in a garden that is fenced so I can't get out. I don't want to roam the streets. If you're interested in me and one of my brothers, please fill out the form below. Then my foster mom will get in touch with you. We have had our first and second vaccinations and are microchipped. For the third vaccination, you will receive a voucher, just like for neutering.

About Cash

What life with Cash looks like

Cash is a puppy/kitten cat waiting at Hokazo in Uden.

Kittens are tiny chaos engines for about six months and then mellow rapidly. They need two scheduled feedings, a litter box per cat plus one extra, and somewhere high to climb. Spay/neuter happens around six months — most shelters arrange this before adoption.

🇳🇱Adopting from Netherlands

Dutch shelters typically require a household assessment and an adoption contract. Animals are routinely sterilized, microchipped, and registered in the national pet database (NDG) before placement.

Frequently asked

Adopting Cash, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Cash?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Hokazo handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Cash on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Cash if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Hokazo will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Cash already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Cash isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Hokazo early rather than rehoming privately; they know Cash and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (NL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
