However, she is still quite shy around people she doesn't know. For Cerezas world was very small until now. She lived in a backyard with two other cats, where they were fed by an elderly lady. One day, the lady passed away, leaving the cats behind, and they couldn't understand what had happened. Cereza handled the move to the shelter quite well. Still, she needs some time to get used to new people. We hope that the sweetness will soon find her forever family, so she can finally learn what it's like to sleep in her own cozy little bed and be pampered by her own people. Would you like to be Cerezas person? You know that cats often have trouble adjusting to changes and Cereza will probably need time to gather her courage? You are ready to invest patience and work with her? Excellent!

Doch noch überwiegt die Schüchternheit bei Menschen, die sie nicht kennt. Denn Cerezas Welt war in ihrem bisherigen Leben sehr klein. Mit zwei anderen Katzen lebte sie in einem Hinterhof, wo sie von einer alten Dame gefüttert wurden. Eines Tages verstarb die Dame, die Katzen blieben zurück und konnten nicht verstehen, was geschehen war. Cereza hat den Umzug ins Refugio recht gut verkraftet. Trotzdem braucht sie etwas Zeit, sich an neue Menschen zu gewöhnen. Wir hoffen, dass die Süße bald ihre Für-immer-Familie findet, damit sie endlich erfährt, wie es ist, in ihrem eigenen, kuscheligen Bettchen zu schlafen und von ihren eigenen Menschen verwöhnt zu werden. Du möchtest Cerezas Mensch werden? Du weißt, dass Katzen mit Veränderungen oftmals nicht gut zurechtkommen und Cereza wahrscheinlich Zeit brauchen wird, um Mut zu fassen?
