💙 Chester sucht endlich sein Zuhause. 🐾❤️ Chester ist etwa 3 Jahre alt, ca. 50 cm groß und wartet im öffentlichen Shelter der rumänischen Stadt Botoșani auf seine Chance. Dort leben über 800 Hunde auf engstem Raum – ein Ort, an dem es kaum Ruhe, Zuwendung oder Hoffnung gibt. Zum Glück kümmern sich drei unermüdliche Freiwillige täglich um die Hunde und sorgen dafür, dass zumindest das Nötigste getan wird. Auch unsere deutschen Tierschutzkollegen besuchen das Shelter regelmäßig. Dabei treffen sie immer wieder auf ganz besondere Hunde – so wie Chester. Wie Chester ins Shelter gekommen ist, wissen wir leider nicht. Vermutlich wurde er von den Hundefängern eingefangen, nachdem sich Anwohner über freilaufende Hunde beschwert hatten. Vielleicht wurde er auch einfach ausgesetzt. Seine Vergangenheit bleibt sein Geheimnis. Was wir aber wissen: Chester hat sich seine Lebensfreude bewahrt. 🌞 Trotz des tristen Shelteralltags begrüßt er jeden Menschen freundlich und voller Hoffnung. Er genießt jede Streicheleinheit, wäre am liebsten mittendrin statt nur dabei und würde sicher begeistert spielen, wenn sich nur jemand die Zeit dafür nehmen könnte. Mit den anderen Hunden in seinem Zwinger versteht er sich bestens – selbst wenn neue Hunde dazukommen, bleibt Chester freundlich und sozial. 🐶 Ob Chester früher einmal ein Zuhause hatte, wissen wir nicht. Vieles kennt er vermutlich noch nicht und muss das Leben in einer Familie erst kennenlernen. Seine große Menschenbezogenheit lässt jedoch vermuten, dass er den Kontakt zu uns kennt und liebt.
