Cinnamon

Male · Baby · 9 months

Cinnamon is a neutered male rabbit who is a wonderfully inquisitive and clever chap. He loves to be involved in everything that is going on and will often follow his foster carer around the room, keeping a close eye on what she is up to!Cinnamon enjoys exploring, running around and climbing on his enrichment. He gets the zoomies several times a day and can often be seen binkying happily from one side of the room to the other! As he is such a clever boy, plenty of enrichment is essential to keep his mind occupied. He particularly enjoys puzzle games, especially when there is a tasty treat waiting for him at the end!We are looking for a home where Cinnamon can have a rabbit companion for company. Ideally, he would be bonded with a friendly female rabbit so he can enjoy having a bunny friend to share his life with.Cinnamon is currently living as an indoor rabbit in his foster home. As the weather is warm, he could be gradually acclimatised to living outdoors if his new family wished, provided he has a suitable, secure setup. With his curious nature, playful personality and love of enrichment, Cinnamon is sure to keep his new family entertained and would make a wonderful companion for the right rabbit-loving home.If you are interested in adopting Cinnamon, please register your interest today! About Cinnamon

What life with Cinnamon looks like

Cinnamon is a puppy/kitten rabbit waiting at National Animal Welfare Trust in Watford.

Rabbits are social animals — most shelters recommend adopting them in bonded pairs rather than alone. They need fresh hay daily, several hours of out-of-cage time, and rabbit-safe spaces to explore. They live eight to twelve years, longer than many people expect.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Cinnamon, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Cinnamon?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. National Animal Welfare Trust handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Cinnamon on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Cinnamon if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — National Animal Welfare Trust will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Cinnamon already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most rabbits on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Cinnamon isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with National Animal Welfare Trust early rather than rehoming privately; they know Cinnamon and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
