Adopt Coco and Boo

Female · Adult · 7 years

Coco and Boo Available Date of Birth: Boo – April 2019, Coco – August 2020 Meet Coco and Boo! Coco and Boo are a sweet bonded pair; Coco is very adventurous and curious, she loves to follow you around and explore and is very bright and sweet. Coco doesn't like to be picked up but is very happy to be guided and stroked, cuddled and will run (hop) over to everyone for affection and interaction. Boo is the fluffiest bun around, a giant pom pom with the softest fur ever. Boo loves to be stroked and he sits quietly for regular grooming and cuddles. Boo is fine to pick up for his brushes and although he isn't as adventurous as Coco, he does do a little spin for a treat! Due to his fur, he does need a home that is able to regularly groom him. Both buns are very playful and curious, they love a variety of food especially herbs and dandelion root and playing with their branches running around their enclosures. Coco is on two types of pain relief for arthritis, but she takes these very happily off the syringe or on herbs. The rescue will be very happy to discuss further if you are interested in adopting this beautiful pair. Both bunnies are vaccinated, neutered and ready for their forever home.

About Coco and Boo

What life with Coco and Boo looks like

Coco and Boo is a extra-large adult rabbit waiting at The Littlest Lives Rescue in United Kingdom.

Rabbits are social animals — most shelters recommend adopting them in bonded pairs rather than alone. They need fresh hay daily, several hours of out-of-cage time, and rabbit-safe spaces to explore. They live eight to twelve years, longer than many people expect.

🇬🇧Adopting from United Kingdom

UK shelters work under the Pet Travel Scheme (post-Brexit, the EU pet passport is not valid; a UK Animal Health Certificate is required for travel into the EU). Most UK rescues focus on domestic placements but some work with EU partners.

Frequently asked

Adopting Coco and Boo, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Coco and Boo?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. The Littlest Lives Rescue handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Coco and Boo on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Coco and Boo if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — The Littlest Lives Rescue will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. UK adopters: post-Brexit travel into the EU requires an Animal Health Certificate. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Coco and Boo already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most rabbits on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Coco and Boo isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with The Littlest Lives Rescue early rather than rehoming privately; they know Coco and Boo and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
