Colby is a beautiful boxer dog. Despite this, during the first year of His stay at the animal shelter, no suitable person has been found for Him. He is a very emotional dog and at the same time strongly dependent on people. In difficult situations, when too much is happening, He looks at the person with a request for help. "What should I do now?" - He asks His guide, and when He receives support, it is visible on Him that He feels relief, that He can again focus on walking and exploring the environment. Learning how to offer Him support is not difficult. It requires the willingness to be interested in what our dog wants to convey and what signals He sends. Colby definitely needs routine, certain rules and calmness, so that He can finally feel safe and fully show how smart a dog He is. Colby is not the type of dog that will jump on your knees. Rather, He is a confused teenager, who no one has previously explained how to deal with emotions. He started learning this only at the animal shelter, but despite being an eager student and having great potential, He needs someone who will be exclusively His, so that He can feel safe and absorb knowledge as if He wanted it.
