This adorable furred one with green eyes was rescued along with its mother and siblings. They were born on the streets, and their mother was a very wary street dog, which has made them not very attached to people. COPiTO is a shy and elusive dog, he watches us from a distance and only approaches the volunteers when they're not looking directly at him, but he doesn't like being petted. Dogs like this can improve a lot in the right environment, working through their fears and insecurities, but this is practically impossible in the animal shelter. It breaks our hearts as the months pass and he grows, unable to break that barrier. That's why we're looking for a special family for COPiTO who has the time and willingness to work with him, even if it requires the help of a professional. It's not fair that he doesn't have the chance to be happy because he's a great dog, but in the animal shelter he won't be able to evolve. COPiTO is a beautiful mixed breed, we estimate he was born in July 2021 and is of medium size (around 20kg approx.). He will be adopted with a responsible adoption contract, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Este precioso peludo de ojos verdes fue rescatado junto a su madre y hermanos. Nacieron en la calle, su mama era una callejera muy desconfiada y esto ha hecho que sus cachorros no tengan mucho apego a las personas. Copito es un perro huidizo y escurridizo, nos observa desde la distancia y solo se acerca a los voluntarios cuando no lo miramos fijamente pero no le gusta que lo acaricien. Este tipo de perros pueden mejorar mucho en el ambiente adecuado, trabajando sus miedos e inseguridades pero esto en el refugio es practicamente imposible, nos da mucha pena como pasan los meses y va creciendo sin poder romper esa barrera. Por eso buscamos para Copito una familia especial con mucho tiempo y ganas de trabajar con él, incluso si es necesario con la ayuda de un profesional. No es justo que no tenga esa oportunidad de ser feliz porque es un perro genial pero en el refugio no va a poder evolucionar. Copito es un mestizo precioso, calculamos que nació julio/2021 y tiene un tamaño mediano (unos 20kg aprox.). Se entregará en adopción responsable con contrato, castrado, vacunado y chipado.
