His story: Our Cosimo is about 6 years old and has a medium size of around 55 cm. He belongs to the shy sort of our shelter animals. No one knows what happened to him on the street in his previous life. Cosimo needed time, but now he finally enjoys the closeness of humans. He takes touches and cuddles calmly and is also happy to have some treats. A big step has been made – Cosimo is slowly opening up and making steady progress. Cosimo is now on the lookout for sensitive people who can show him that life can be quite a lot of fun and that there is so much more to discover outside his wooden hut. He will probably only know the street and therefore does not know how life in a household works. Even the 1×1 dog concept is still unknown to him. Cosimo is searching for a rural home that can offer him a lot of peace and stability. The pace is up to him. Cosimo has a beautiful tricolor coat. Freshly brushed, he will look stunning and be a real eye-catcher. Cosimo is a herding dog mix and will bring corresponding traits that will likely become apparent when he settles into his new home. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced home for Cosimo that either already has experience with these traits or is willing to learn about them and above all bring the optimal conditions. He wishes for an enclosed garden where he can lie and enjoy the sun. Herding dogs are independent personalities that require consistency and empathy from their owner and the ability to deal with an intelligent, independent acting dog. They bring many great traits but are not command-taking like, for example, retrievers. People who already have experience with herding dogs do not want other breeds anymore because they are very loyal and faithful companions. They have a very calm and gentle nature but are also very vigilant. Cosimo is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas. Seine Geschichte: Unser Cosimo ist etwa 6 Jahre alt und hat eine mittlere Größe von ca. 55 cm. Er gehört zu der schüchternen Sorte unserer Schützlinge. Keiner weiß, was ihm in seinem bisherigen Leben auf der Straße widerfahren ist. Cosimo brauchte Zeit, doch jetzt genießt er endlich die Nähe von Menschen. Er nimmt Berührungen und Streicheleinheiten entspannt an und lässt sich auch gern Leckerli schmecken. Ein großer Schritt ist geschafft – Cosimo öffnet sich langsam und macht stetige Schritte. Cosimo ist nun auf der Suche nach einfühlsamen Menschen, die ihm zeigen, dass das Leben ziemlich viel Spaß machen kann und es außerhalb seiner Holzhütte noch so viel mehr zu entdecken gibt. Er wird vermutlich nur die Straße kennen und weiß daher nicht, wie das Leben in einem Haushalt funktioniert. Auch das Hunde-1×1 ist ihm noch unbekannt. Cosimo sucht ein ländlich gelegenes Zuhause, dass ihm viel Ruhe und Beständigkeit bieten kann. Das Tempo bestimmt er. Cosimo hat eine wunderschöne Fellzeichnung in Tricolor. Frisch gebürstet wird er wunderschön aussehen und ein echter Hingucker sein. Cosimo ist ein Herdenschutzhund-Mix und bringt entsprechende Eigenschaften mit, die sich vermutlich zeigen werden, wenn er in seinem neuen Zuhause angekommen ist und sich eingelebt hat. Daher suchen wir für Cosimo ein erfahrenes Zuhause, das bereits Erfahrungen mit diesen Eigenschaften gemacht hat oder dazu bereit ist, sich mit diesen auseinander zu setzen und vor allem die optimalen Bedingungen mitbringt. Er wünscht sich einen eingezäunten Garten in dem er liegen und die Sonne genießen kann. Herdenschutzhunde sind eigenständige Persönlichkeiten, die Konsequenz und Einfühlungsvermögen durch den Besitzer voraussetzen und die Fähigkeit, sich mit einem intelligenten, selbständig handelnden Hund auseinander setzen zu können. Sie bringen viele tolle Eigenschaften mit, sind aber keine Kommando-Empfänger, wie z.B. Hütehunde. Menschen, die bereits Erfahrung mit Herdenschutzhunden gemacht haben, wollen keine anderen Rassen mehr, da sie sehr treue und loyale Begleiter sind. Sie haben ein sehr ruhiges und sanftes Gemüt, sind aber auch sehr wachsam. Cosimo ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Er besitzt einen EU-Heimtierausweis und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine verminderte Schutzgebühr von 250 Euro vermittelt werden.
