Health status: suffering from thyroid issues, spondylosis, and cauda equina syndrome, Czarek is a very cheerful, lively senior who loves human company. When he’s with his caregiver, he smiles and constantly wags his tail. He absolutely adores being scratched behind the ears as well as on his rear end. On walks, he trots briskly ahead, occasionally sniffing at bushes along the way. As soon as you stop, Czarek, delighted, immediately comes running over. He loves treats and knows how to sit up for them. He’s neutral toward other dogs, mostly ignoring them. He’d probably do well living with another dog that’s not overly assertive. Given his age, he’d be best suited to a home with few stairs. Czarek is looking for a peaceful place where he can enjoy the companionship of a human—someone he misses so much—and finally experience the tranquility of retirement.

Czarek to bardzo wesoły, pełen życia senior, który kocha towarzystwo człowieka. Gdy jest przy opiekunie to uśmiecha się i cały czas macha ogonem. Uwielbia drapanie za uszkiem jak i po zadku. Na spacerze idzie żwawo przed siebie, wąchając co jakiś czas krzaczki. Wystarczy się zatrzymać, a Czarek uradowany od razu przybiega. Kocha smaczki, umie zrobić za nie siad. Do innych psów jest neutralnie nastawiony, raczej je ignoruje. Prawdopodobnie mógłby zamieszkać z innym, nienachalnym psem. Powinien trafić do domu z małą ilością schodów ze względu na jego wiek. Czarek szuka spokojnego miejsca, gdzie mógłby się nacieszyć towarzystwem człowieka, którego tak bardzo mu brakuje, a także zaznać spokoju na emeryturze.
