Daisy is het zusje van Peach en op veel vlakken hetzelfde qua karakter, alleen is Daisy nog net iets voorzichtiger en schuwer. Maar met een kalme en rustige aanpak kan je haar ook aaien. Spelen doen ze het liefste samen, evenals in een grote krabpaal klimmen. Ze spelen met alles, zelfs een dor blaadje dat van buiten komt.
