Daisy is an exceptionally cute mixed-breed female dog whom we took in from a friendly animal shelter. Around strangers she is initially cautious, or rather skeptical - who knows what experiences she had with two-legged people in the past... Daisy will need some time until she trusts her new family and lets them touch her everywhere. Being young, as Daisy is, she has a lively and sometimes boisterous nature and should be kept physically and mentally busy. In her young life, our beauty has not yet gotten to know all that much. We are currently teaching her to walk on a leash (double-secured), which she already manages well in the presence of her canine partner and enjoys in the Stadtwald (city forest). With male dogs Daisy is mostly compatible; with female dogs, it depends on whether they get along. For our Daisiy we are looking for an understanding and patient home with experienced dog lovers and no small children, who will teach her everything necessary for living together, for example also being left alone and house-training. A well-fenced garden for playing and romping around would be wonderful, possibly also a confident dog-friend. Ideally, strangers should not be coming and going constantly in the new home; Daisy needs consistency. Daisy's new family should not both work full-time and should be willing to visit her at the shelter several times before adoption.

Daisy ist eine überaus niedliche Mischlingshündin, die wir von einem befreundeten Tierheim übernommen haben. Fremden Menschen gegenüber ist sie zunächst vorsichtig bzw. skeptisch - wer weiß, was sie früher für Erfahrungen mit Zweibeinern gemacht hat... Daisy wird etwas Zeit benötigen, bis sie ihrer neuen Familie vertraut und sich von ihnen überall anfassen lässt. Jung wie Daisy ist, hat sie ein munteres und manchmal auch stürmisches Wesen und sollte körperlich und geistig ausgelastet werden. In ihrem jungen Leben hat unsere Schöne noch nicht allzu viel kennen gelernt. Wir bringen ihr gerade bei, (doppelt gesichert) an der Leine zu laufen, was sie in Gegenwart ihres Hundepartners schon gut beherrscht und im Stadtwald auch genießt. Mit Rüden zeigt sich Daisy meist verträglich, bei Hündinnen entscheidet die Sympathie. Wir suchen für unsere Daisiy ein verständnisvolles und geduldiges Zuhause bei erfahrenen Hundefreunden ohne kleine Kinder, die ihr alles Notwendige im Zusammenleben beibringen, zum Beispiel auch das Alleinebleiben und die Stubenreinheit. Ein gut eingezäunter Garten zum Spielen und Toben wäre toll, eventuell auch ein souveränder Hundefreund. Eventuell sollten sich im neuen Zuhause Fremde nicht gerade die Klinke in die Hand geben, Daisy benötigt Beständigkeit. Daisies neue Familie sollte nicht ganztags berufstätig sein und bereit sein, sie vor der Adoption mehrmals im Tierheim zu besuchen.
