Dennoch ist sie eine freundliche und umgängliche Hündin, die die Nähe zu ihren Menschen genießt. So lieb Dana auch ist – sie ist und bleibt ein Kangal-Mix. Deshalb suchen wir für sie ausschließlich erfahrene Hände, idealerweise Menschen mit Kenntnissen dieser ursprünglichen Herdenschutzhund-Rassen oder ähnlicher Typen. Dana gehört nicht in eine Wohnungshaltung. Sie sucht ein Zuhause mit Haus und sicher eingezäuntem Grundstück, in dem sie ihrer Veranlagung entsprechend leben darf. Neben ausreichend Platz sollte auch die artgerechte Auslastung nicht zu kurz kommen. Dabei geht es weniger um stundenlanges Ballwerfen oder permanente Action, sondern vielmehr um eine sinnvolle Beschäftigung, klare Strukturen, gemeinsame Aktivitäten und die Möglichkeit, ihre Umwelt wahrzunehmen und mit ihren Menschen durchs Leben zu gehen.
