Mixed-breed Dana—a special dog—seeks a dog-experienced home with pack integration. Dana was born in February 2026 and originally comes from Bulgaria. She’s now living at a foster home in Germany, where she’s gradually getting to know life in a home environment. It quickly becomes clear: Dana is a wonderful dog—but one who needs special people who are understanding and patient. At home, Dana settles down very well and enjoys the security of her familiar surroundings. Outside, however, she still struggles a bit with uncertainty, so everyday situations and life beyond the home should continue to be practiced calmly with her. With food, Dana responds exceptionally well and loves to learn when given the right guidance. For Dana, having an existing first dog—or even better, an established pack—is the most important requirement for her new home. When interacting with other dogs, she communicates extremely sensitively, adapts to dogs of all sizes, and happily looks to her canine companions for guidance. She also shows herself to be social and respectful toward cats. Dana takes her people and her territory seriously. She has a natural protective instinct and will defend her home. Therefore, we’re looking for a dog-experienced home with a securely fenced garden that she can keep an eye on. Children shouldn’t live in the household. Dana isn’t the type of dog who immediately cuddles up or constantly seeks close contact. However, those who respect her personality, give her time, and don’t pressure her will gain a loyal companion who, with trust, can develop into a truly special dog. We’re looking for people who enjoy giving a young dog the security she needs and lovingly accompanying her on her journey ahead. Mischling Dana – aus der vorsichtigen Hündin ist eine tolle junge Begleiterin geworden Dana wurde im Februar 2026 geboren und stammt ursprünglich aus Bulgarien. Inzwischen lebt sie auf einer Pflegestelle in Deutschland und hat dort eine ganz erstaunliche Entwicklung gemacht. Aus der anfangs vorsichtigen und unsicheren jungen Hündin ist eine fröhliche, verspielte und selbstbewusste Begleiterin geworden. Dana hat ihre Ängstlichkeit fast vollständig abgelegt und zeigt immer mehr, wie viel Lebensfreude in ihr steckt. Selbst Spaziergänge durch die Stadt meistert sie inzwischen an der Leine – etwas, das vor einiger Zeit noch kaum vorstellbar gewesen wäre. Sie lernt schnell und zeigt, wie sehr sie von ihrem sicheren Umfeld und der geduldigen Begleitung ihrer Pflegefamilie profitiert. Auch im Alltag macht Dana tolle Fortschritte. Sie ist inzwischen fast stubenrein und zeigt zuverlässig an, wenn sie nach draußen muss. Gleichzeitig ist sie eine richtig verspielte junge Hündin, die Freude daran hat, die Welt zu entdecken und gemeinsam mit ihren Menschen etwas zu erleben. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sich Dana nach wie vor sehr gut. Sie kommuniziert fein, passt sich ihren Artgenossen an und orientiert sich gerne an ihnen. Ein souveräner Ersthund wäre deshalb weiterhin eine große Bereicherung für sie. Auch mit Katzen zeigt sie sich sozial und respektvoll. Dana ist und bleibt eine aufmerksame und wachsame Hündin. Ihr Zuhause und ihre Menschen nimmt sie ernst und meldet zuverlässig, wenn sie etwas bemerkt. Ein gut eingezäunter Garten und Menschen, die diesen Wesenszug zu schätzen wissen und ihr gleichzeitig klare, liebevolle Orientierung geben, wären deshalb ideal für sie.
