Her story: The beautiful Darja with her deep black fur and fine white stripe on her chest goes completely unnoticed in the loud shelter life… She is the sensitive one of the pack and still very shy. Darja stays in the background and one can feel that she would rather disappear into the ground. However, she has interest in people. The noise and the tight space greatly unsettle her. In a quiet environment, Darja would surely thaw out and gain new courage quickly. Darja, Ewa, Simon, and Lykke were seized by the "Dog Police" due to poor living conditions and brought to the shelter. In their first months of life, they lived with people who fed them but did not further engage with them. Therefore, they have not learned much so far. Since April, the siblings have been living in the public shelter in Bistrita. A life in filth, great cold in winter, and unbearable heat in summer. We hope very much that we will find suitable homes for our wonderful young dogs soon. All three siblings have found a home and can finally travel by the end of the year. Only the beautiful Darja remains behind… Who can help her so that she can finally leave the shelter? Every month in the shelter takes a toll on the pretty Darja. It would be important that she also gets out and can develop well. Darja is about 55-60cm in height. She is expected to grow a bit more and will be around 60cm tall. Darja is looking for people who will give her time to settle in and allow her to set the pace. We wish for the sweet mouse with her soft and longer fur and cute matted ears, a rural home, preferably with an enclosed garden. Small children should not live in the household, as this would unsettle them greatly. A safe only dog could certainly help her settle in. Darja is interested and finds people exciting. Still, one should not expect Darja to immediately spring into the arms of her new person. It will surely take a while for her to gain trust. Therefore, she should be allowed to set the pace at which she arrives. Darja gets along well with other dogs, but whether she also gets along with cats, we do not know. Additionally, she still has a lot to learn. From basic commands to house training and being left alone, she must be gradually introduced to these things. And puberty is already on the horizon. For the young dogs, they have gotten used to the dog ABC, but they seem to forget most of it again. 😉 Darja will travel neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and treated for fleas to her new home. Ihre Geschichte: Die schöne Darja mit dem tiefschwarzen Fell und dem feinen weißen Streifen auf der Brust, geht im lauten Shelter-Alltag komplett unter… Sie ist die Sensible der Bande und noch sehr schüchtern. Darja hält sich eher im Hintergrund und man spürt, dass sie lieber im Erdboden verschwinden möchte. Dennoch hat sie Interesse am Menschen. Der Lärm und die Enge verunsichern sie aber sehr. In einem ruhigen Umfeld würde Darja sicher schnell auftauen und neuen Lebensmut gewinnen. Darja, Ewa, Simon und Lykke wurden von der „Dog Police“ wegen schlechten Haltungsbedingungen beschlagnahmt und ins Shelter gebracht. In ihren ersten Lebensmonaten lebten sie bei Menschen, die sie gefüttert haben, aber sich nicht weiter mit ihnen beschäftigt haben. Daher konnten sie bisher nicht viel lernen. Seit April leben die Geschwister nun im öffentlichen Shelter von Bistrita. Ein Leben im Dreck, großer Kälte im Winter und unerträgliche Hitze im Sommer. Wir hoffen daher sehr, dass wir schnell passende Menschen für unsere tollen Junghunde finden werden. Alle 3 Geschwister haben ein Zuhause gefunden und können Ende des Jahres endlich reisen. Nur die schöne Darja bleibt dann als Einzige zurück… Wer kann ihr helfen, dass auch sie endlich das Shelter verlassen darf? Jeder Monat mehr im Shelter, zehrt an der hübschen Darja. Es wäre wichtig, dass auch sie rauskommen und sich gut entwickeln kann. Darja hat eine Größe von etwa 55-60cm. Sie wird vermutlich noch etwas wachsen und um die 60cm groß werden. Darja sucht Menschen, die ihr die Zeit zum Einleben geben und bei denen sie das Tempo vorgeben kann. Wir wünschen uns für die süße Maus mit dem weichen und längeren Fell und den niedlichen Zottel-Ohren, ein ländliches Zuhause, gerne mit einem eingezäunten Garten. Kleine Kinder sollten nicht im Haushalt leben, da sie das zu sehr verunsichern würde. Ein sicherer Ersthund könnte ihr bestimmt gefallen und helfen, sich einzuleben. Darja ist interessiert und findet Menschen spannend. Trotzdem sollte man von Darja nicht erwarten, dass sie ihren neuen Menschen sofort in die Arme springt. Es wird sicher eine ganze Weile dauern, bis sie Vertrauen fasst. Daher sollte sie selbst das Tempo bestimmen dürfen, in dem sie ankommt. Darja versteht sich gut mit anderen Hunden, ob das auch für Katzen gilt, wissen wir nicht. Außerdem muss sie noch viel lernen. Von den Grundkommandos, Stubenreinheit bis zum Alleinebleiben muss sie Schritt für Schritt herangeführt werden. Und auch die Pubertät steht schon in den Startlöchern. Denn kaum haben die Junghunde sich mit dem Hunde-ABC vertraut gemacht, schon „vergessen“ sie das Meiste wieder. 😉 Darja reist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht in ihr neues Zuhause. Nach positiver Vorkontrolle kann sie, gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt werden. Ihren EU-Heimtierausweis hat sie im Gepäck. Auch über eine Pflegestelle würde sie sich freuen!
