She forms strong bonds with her people and loves having their attention and guidance. Once she trusts you, she is deeply loyal and devoted. She prefers to be the only dog in the home, where she doesnβt have to compete for space or affection. Dorothy enjoys feeling secure and knowing her place within a calm, structured environment. Because she is a strong and self-assured dog, Dorothy will thrive with an experienced owner who can provide clear boundaries, consistency, and reassurance. She and her little family were eventually discovered during our Whispaws street feeding campaign, and we began feeding them regularly while searching for a safe solution.
