Elfie is a delicate, rather reserved female dog who still needs a lot of security to build trust. At the animal shelter, she initially shows great caution: When entering her enclosure, she prefers to observe from a distance. At the same time, Elfie shows that there is more to her: At the bars, she shows curiosity, comes forward to sniff, and shows interest in her surroundings. In more relaxed situations, she visibly warms up, becomes much more open, and even allows cautious touches. This little furball is still new to the animal shelter. Elfie, leise Seele auf der Suche nach Sicherheit! Diese Fellnase kommt aus einer Tötungsstation in Rumänien. Wie die Hunde dorthin kommen und noch vieles mehr erklären wir in unserem Tierschutz-FAQ . Elfie ist eine zarte, eher zurückhaltende kleine Hündin, die aktuell noch viel Sicherheit braucht, um Vertrauen zu fassen. Im Tierheim zeigt sie sich zunächst sehr vorsichtig: Beim Betreten ihres Zwingers beobachtet das Geschehen lieber aus der Distanz. Gleichzeitig lässt Elfie erkennen, dass in ihr mehr steckt: Am Gitter zeigt sie sich neugierig, kommt zum Schnuppern nach vorne und interessiert sich für ihre Umgebung. In für sie entspannteren Situationen taut sie sichtbar auf, zeigt sich deutlich offener und lässt sogar vorsichtige Berührungen zu. Diese Fellnase ist noch neu im Tierheim. Unsere Pfleger:innen nehmen sich Zeit, um jeden Hund kennenzulernen und einzuschätzen. Wenn wir mehr über den Charakter dieser Fellnase wissen, ergänzen wir dieses Profil. Natürlich kannst du trotzdem schon eine Selbstauskunft für diesen Hund ausfüllen. Elfie hat ein eine kurze Rute. Es ist unklar ob ihre Rute kupiert oder angeboren ist. Elfie braucht ein ruhiges, erfahrenes Zuhause bei Menschen, die ihr die Zeit geben, in ihrem eigenen Tempo anzukommen. Ein souveräner Ersthund könnte ihr dabei Orientierung und Sicherheit geben. Aufgrund ihrer Unsicherheit sehen wir sie nicht in einem Haushalt mit Kindern. Wir wünschen uns für diese Fellnase Menschen, denen bewusst ist, dass Tierschutzhunde eine gewisse Geschichte mitbringen. Wir können im Tierheim nie vorhersagen, wie ein Hund auf das Leben in Deutschland reagieren wird. Deswegen suchen wir Menschen, die Geduld, Durchhaltevermögen und Wohlwollen mitbringen. Aber eines ist sicher: Wer adoptiert statt kauft , schenkt nicht nur einem Tier eine zweite Chance, sondern entscheidet sich aktiv gegen Tierleid – und für ein Leben mit einem ganz besonderen Gefährten an der Seite.
