Die Scottish Fold Lady braucht keine Artgenossen, toleriert sie aber absolut – solange sie ihr nicht aufdringlich auf die Nerven gehen und sie ihr Ding machen lassen. Dazu gehört, daß Ellen gern mal gemütlich auf einem Kratzbaum oder Plateau liegt, sich den Bauch säubert und die Welt und das Treiben von oben beobachtet. Wunschzuhause: Außerdem liebt Ellen frische Luft – ein gesicherter Balkon oder besser sogar verkehrsberuhigter Freigang sind für die souveräne Lady wirklich nicht verhandelbar. Ansonsten würde sich Ellen in einer Familie, gern auch mit nicht mehr allzu kleinen Kindern, mit oder ohne netten Artgenossen sehr wohl fühlen. Sicherlich wäre auch ein netter Hund kein Problem.
