We rescued little Emil together with his mom, Mia, and his five siblings from the kill shelter. The little ones have settled in wonderfully and are appropriately playful, curious, and highly people-oriented for their age. Emil is already quite confident—this becomes especially evident when he clearly claims his food bowl as his own in front of other dogs. At our facility, the siblings are currently getting to know canine companions of all sizes and ages, laying the foundation for extensive socialization. They’re also being accustomed, alongside our volunteers, to walking on a leash and living indoors. We’re now looking for a home for Emil where he can receive loving yet consistent training. We’d be delighted if this young male could join motivated first-time dog owners—provided that, at the outset, supervision by a competent dog trainer is ensured, so that no mistakes creep into his upbringing. An experienced first dog would certainly make it easier for Emil to start his new life, but it’s not a requirement for him.

Die Kleinen haben sich prima eingelebt und sind altersentsprechend verspielt, neugierig und sehr menschenbezogen. Emil ist schon recht selbstbewusst, was insbesondere deutlich wird, wenn er seinen Napf vor Artgenossen klar für sich beansprucht. Bei uns lernen die Geschwister aktuell Artgenossen aller Größen und jeden Alters kennen, um den Grundstein einer umfangreichen Sozialisierung zu legen. Auch an das Laufen an der Leine und das Leben im Haus werden sie an der Seite unserer Volontäre zur Zeit gewöhnt. Für Emil suchen wir nun ein Zuhause, in dem er eine liebevolle, aber ebenso konsequente Erziehung erfahren darf. Gerne darf der junge Rüde zu motivierten Hundeanfängern ziehen, sofern zu Beginn die Betreuung durch einen kompetenten Hundetrainer gewährleistet ist, damit sich keine Fehler in die Erziehung einschleichen können. Ein souveräner Ersthund würde Emil den Start in sein neues Leben sicher erleichtern, ist aber keine Voraussetzung für eine
