Evoli

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 4 months

Evoli was found alone on the streets of Romania and is believed to have been abandoned. She has been at a Romanian foster home for several weeks now and is showing what a great young dog she is. Evoli is a very nice and people-oriented young dog. At first, she can still be a bit reserved and sometimes needs a moment to really warm up. Once she has gained trust, she shows herself to be open, friendly and enjoys contact with her humans. Evoli gets along very well with other dogs. She currently lives in a dog group with various other dogs and shows herself to be social and uncomplicated there. She has also already met different people and children and has shown no problems whatsoever. Of course, with Evoli, one must not forget that she is still a young dog. In her future home, she will still have to learn a lot - from house training and leash training to the many small rules of everyday life. Also, the different development phases that a young dog still goes through should not be underestimated. Evoli needs people who are willing to guide her patiently, lovingly and consistently and give her the necessary orientation. Attending a competent dog school would certainly be a good support for her. We wish for Evoli people who consciously decide on a young dog and enjoy learning and growing with her. She brings great prerequisites to develop into a wonderful companion. Please apply only with serious interest. Evoli is not just a cute young dog, but a living being with her own needs that needs time, education, attention and responsibility. Whoever decides for her should be willing to accompany her on her way in the long term and give her a real home. After a positive pre-check, Evoli may be vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, de-fleaed and with an EU pet passport against a deposit of 495 euros to move into her new home.

DE·Show original

About Evoli

What life with Evoli looks like

Evoli is a puppy mixed breed dog waiting at Tierschutzverein SpecialDogs e.V. in Germany.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Dogs and cats typically leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with an EU pet passport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Evoli, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Evoli?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierschutzverein SpecialDogs e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Evoli on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Evoli if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierschutzverein SpecialDogs e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Evoli already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Evoli isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierschutzverein SpecialDogs e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Evoli and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
