Fifo was found on Moldavská cesta street near OC Optima in Košice. Fifo is a very friendly and affectionate dog who enjoys the company of people and is most content when he can be close to his human. He likes to hang around him, watch what's going on, and enjoy every moment of attention. He is a kind and adaptable dog. He loves walks and shared moments, but he can also relax comfortably with his people. Due to his balanced nature, he would be suitable for elderly people as well. Handling is usually problem-free. Sometimes he may get startled by unexpected or more intense touch and indicate that the situation is not pleasant for him, but he is not aggressive. He also handles veterinary examinations quite well. He does not get along with other dogs. However, he can function without problems with calmer and more balanced female dogs. He has good hygiene habits with regular walks. Fifo is looking for a home in an apartment or house with access inside, where he will have enough contact with a person and a peaceful, stable environment. HEALTH STATUS: Fifo underwent several examinations due to a protruding left eye. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed a change in the area of the left frontal sinus, which caused pressure behind the eye. Subsequently, he underwent surgery, during which the frontal sinus was opened and a small amount of pus was removed. The samples taken were sent for examination, which did not confirm a tumor disease - it was an abscess. After the procedure, his condition improved significantly and he currently feels well. The eye is still being monitored, but this problem does not currently significantly limit him in his daily life. Fifo is proof that even an older dog deserves a second chance. He has many beautiful years ahead and we believe he will live them by the side of a person who will give him love, security, and a real home.

Fifo sa našiel na ulici Moldavská cesta pri OC Optima v Košiciach. Fifo je veľmi kontaktný a priateľský psík, ktorý má rád spoločnosť ľudí a najspokojnejší je vtedy, keď môže byť nablízku svojmu človeku. Rád sa okolo neho motká, sleduje, čo sa deje, a užíva si každú chvíľu pozornosti. Je to milý a prispôsobivý psík. Má rád prechádzky a spoločné chvíle, no rovnako spokojne si oddýchne pri svojich ľuďoch. Vďaka svojej vyrovnanej povahe by bol vhodný aj k starším ľuďom. Manipulácia je vo väčšine situácií bezproblémová. Občas sa môže pri nečakanom alebo intenzívnejšom dotyku zľaknúť a naznačiť, že mu situácia nie je príjemná, no nie je agresívny. Aj veterinárne vyšetrenia zvláda celkom dobre. So psami nevychádza. S pokojnejšími a vyrovnanými fenkami však dokáže fungovať bez problémov. Hygienické návyky má pri pravidelnom venčení. Fifo si hľadá domov v byte alebo v dome s prístupom dovnútra, kde bude mať dostatok kontaktu s človekom a pokojné, stabilné zázemie. ZDRAVOTNÝ STAV: Fifo absolvoval viacero vyšetrení kvôli vystúpenému ľavému oku. Magnetická rezonancia odhalila zmenu v oblasti ľavého čelného sínusu, ktorá spôsobovala tlak za okom. Následne podstúpil operáciu, pri ktorej bol otvorený čelný sínus a odstránené menšie množstvo hnisu. Odobraté vzorky boli zaslané na vyšetrenie, ktoré nepotvrdilo nádorové ochorenie – išlo o absces. Po zákroku sa jeho stav výrazne zlepšil a aktuálne sa cíti dobre. Oko je naďalej sledované, no momentálne ho tento problém nijako výrazne neobmedzuje v bežnom živote. Fifo je dôkazom toho, že aj starší psík si zaslúži druhú šancu. Má pred sebou ešte veľa pekných rokov a veríme, že ich prežije po boku človeka, ktorý mu dá lásku, istotu a skutočný domov.
