Fiji wurde allein auf der Strasse gefunden. Er war nicht gekennzeichnet, und sein Besitzer konnte nicht ausfindig gemacht werden. Nun wartet er in Melampo auf ein eigenes Zuhause. Fiji zeigt sich von Anfang an freundlich und ruhig. Er ist ein menschenbezogener Hund, der die Nähe zu den Freiwilligen geniesst. Streicheleinheiten mag er besonders gerne und sucht diese auch aktiv. Auf dem Arm der Freiwilligen fühlt er sich sichtlich wohl. Auch mit seinen Artgenossen versteht sich Fiji bestens. Er ist mit allen Hunden im Tierheim gut verträglich und lebt sowohl mit Rüden als auch mit Hündinnen zusammen. Selbst beim Auslauf in einer grossen Hundegruppe fühlt er sich sicher, zeigt keine Angst und sucht keinen Streit. Für Fiji wünschen wir uns ein liebevolles Zuhause, in dem er in Ruhe ankommen darf. Auch wenn er sich im Tierheim offen und unkompliziert zeigt, bedeutet der Wechsel in ein neues Leben viele Veränderungen. Er braucht Menschen, die ihm Zeit und Geduld schenken und ihn behutsam an seinen neuen Alltag heranführen. Mit Verständnis und einer verlässlichen Begleitung wird er sich bestimmt gut zu Hause einleben und seinen neuen Besitzern ein lieber Begleiter sein.
