Toen ze bevallen was van haar nest kittens is ze naar een gastgezin vertrokken. De opvoeding en verzorging voor haar eigen 6 kittens én haar 2 pleegkittens heeft ze geweldig gedaan. Nu is het tijd om haar eigen plek te krijgen met betrouwbaar en dienstbaar personeel! Gaia speelt graag met speeltjes aan een touwtje of hengeltje, ze kan dan best wild worden en haar nagels en tanden gebruiken. Daarom kan ze niet bij kinderen onder de 10 jaar worden geplaatst en moeten eventueel oudere kinderen goed begeleid worden. Op haar rustigere momenten ligt ze graag in de zon op de vensterbank of op bed. Ze laat zich graag aaien maar als ze er genoeg van heeft en je niet stopt met aaien schroomt ze er niet om je dit met nagels en/of tanden te laten weten. Gaia zoekt lieve en geduldige mensen met veel ervaring met poezen, die ervoor open staan haar te leren lezen en daardoor haar grenzen niet over gaan. Daarnaast heeft zij behoefte aan een fijn huis met tuin, ze mist duidelijk de vrijheid om buiten een luchtje te scheppen. Gaia is niet gewend aan honden.
