My name is Gertrude. I am female, neutered, and born in 2018. I have been waiting since autumn 2018 for a new home. My caretakers say about me: Gertrude came from a move by the veterinary office. All the puppies needed a lot of care until they were well again. Gertrude is reserved but not shy. She just needs time to build trust. She would like to cuddle, but she isn't quite ready yet. Piece by piece, she is getting braver, and in the company of other cats, she is more courageous. Since she is not a shy cat but just a cautious Miez, the adopter should give her the necessary time to adjust, as it will surely take some time for her to get used to the new environment and new people. It would be nice if there were fellow animals present with whom she gets along well. Whether purely suitable for apartment living or a home with later release, Gertrude finds every opportunity to have her own space wonderful. Somewhere where she finally gets to settle in and leave her messed-up start in life behind. Whoever would like to meet the brave Gertrude can visit her quietly in our mediation room. This cat needs outdoor access.

Da sie keine scheue Katze, sondern nur eine vorsichtige Miez ist, sollte der Adoptant ihr die nötige Zeit zur Eingewöhnung lassen, es wird sicher einige Zeit brauchen, bis sie sich ans neue Umfeld und an neue Menschen gewöhnt hat.Schön wäre es, wenn Artgenossen vorhanden wären, mit denen kommt sie prima zurecht. Ob reine Wohnungshaltung oder ein Zuhause mit späterem Freigang, Gertrude findet jede Chance auf ein eigenes Reich prima.Irgendwo, wo sie endlich richtig ankommen darf und sie den verpfuschten Start ins Leben hinter sich lassen kann.
