Despite his difficult start, Gio has remained a naturally happy, good-natured dog with a lovely, balanced temperament.He is friendly, sociable and enjoys human company, particularly cuddles and affection. Gio gets on well with other dogs, both large and small, and enjoys spending time outdoors exploring. He walks on the lead and travels well by car, although some further lead training would be beneficial.Gio has never lived in a home before, so everything about home life will be new to him. With patience, love and time to adjust, we believe he will adapt well to his new lifestyle. He will need a family who understands that this transition may take time and is prepared to support him as he learns.Gio would ideally like a home with a secure garden where he can safely explore and enjoy the outdoors. Most importantly, he is looking for the comfortable home, companionship and love that he has missed for so much of his life.
