Old Lady seeks loving foster home Oh my. One might think I'll drop dead tomorrow, but I hope not. Yes, I'm getting old. And yes, I'm sick. But I manage quite well. As everyone says here. So, let's get to the point, or as you say, "butter wouldn't melt in your mouth." I'm a chronic kidney patient, requiring a special diet, but it's affordable. Additionally, I get a homeopathic preparation with my food every day. I eat it without complaint, no problem at all. I won't be running marathons or jumping over tables and chairs anymore. I dozed off for half the day honestly. But I manage. When I'm awake and lively, I love to cuddle! Back, ears. Heavenly. Even better: dozing off while cuddling… But what's clear to anyone considering offering me a home is that it will be on a temporary basis. I'm being realistic. Chronic kidney patients don't live forever. At least not as long as healthy cats would. Right now, I'm doing well, but it could be that in the future, it won't be so and you might have to let me go. Of course, it could also be that we still have a few years together. But no one can say for sure… I'm an optimist and would therefore suggest: let's just enjoy the good times. Blowing a sad tune takes the fun out of life. And I want to have a lot of fun. But hello… Animal placements are currently only available by appointment. Ältere Dame sucht liebevollen Pflegeplatz Ach Du liebe Güte. Wenn man das liest, könnte man ja meinen, ich falle morgen tot um. Das tue ich hoffentlich nicht. Ja, ich habe mein Alter. Und ja, ich bin krank. Aber dafür halte ich mich ganz gut. Sagen hier übrigens alle. Dann mal Butter bei die Fische, oder wie man das so bei Ihnen sagt. Ich bin chronische Nierenpatientin, bekomme eine spezielle Diät, die aber erschwinglich ist. Zusätzlich gibt es noch jeden Tag ein homöopathisches Präparat über das Futter. Fresse ich ganz anstandslos, gar kein Problem. Ich werde ganz sicher keinen Marathon mehr laufen oder über Tische und Bänke gehen. Ich verschlafe ehrlich gesagt den halben Tag. Ich komme aber gut damit klar. Wenn ich wach und munter bin, kuschele ich sehr gerne! Rücken, Ohren. Herrlich. Noch besser: Gemütlich dabei dösen….. Was aber allen klar sein sollte, die sich vorstellen können, mir ein zuhause anzubieten: Es wird eines auf Zeit sein. Ich bin da ganz sachlich. Chronische Nierenpatienten leben nicht ewig. Zumindest kürzer, als das gesunde Katzen tun würden. Im Moment geht es mir gut, aber es kann sein, daß es in absehbarer Zeit nicht mehr so sein wird und Sie mich gehen lassen müssen. Natürlich kann es auch sein, daß wir doch noch ein paar Jahre zusammen haben. Genau sagen kann das aber leider keiner…. Ich bin Optimist und würde deshalb folgendes vorschlagen: Wir haben einfach eine gute Zeit. Trübsal blasen nimmt einem doch den Spaß am Leben. Und Spaß will ich noch jede Menge haben.
