Helena is a beautiful podenca who was rescued from the street when she was in a very advanced state of pregnancy. After almost three months of monitoring, they were finally able to get her to safety. Shortly afterward she gave birth to her litter and, luckily, all of her puppies found a family. However, Helena's path has not been the same. Her past has left her with some insecurities, and she still needs time, patience and a lot of affection to learn to fully trust people. She is a little dog who loves sharing her life with other dogs. Being with dogs gives her confidence and security, which is why we are looking for a home for her where she can have a canine companion who becomes her role model and helps her keep moving forward. At the shelter she has spent a lot of time living with Cloude, with whom she has formed a very special and beautiful bond. It would be wonderful if the two of them could find the home they both so deserve together. But we also believe Helena is ready to begin a new life with another little dog with whom she can form a bond as special as the one she has already shown she is capable of building. Helena just needs someone to believe in her, respect her pace and give her the chance to discover that, after everything she has been through, a life full of security, affection and love also exists. Helena es una preciosa podenca que fue rescatada de la calle cuando se encontraba en un estado muy avanzado de gestación. Tras casi tres meses de seguimiento, por fin pudieron ponerla a salvo. Poco después dio a luz a su camada y, por suerte, todos sus cachorros encontraron una familia. Sin embargo, Helena no ha tenido el mismo camino. Su pasado le ha dejado algunas inseguridades y todavía necesita tiempo, paciencia y mucho cariño para aprender a confiar plenamente en las personas. Es una perrita a la que le encanta compartir su vida con otros perros. La compañía con perros le aporta confianza y seguridad, por eso buscamos para ella un hogar donde pueda contar con un compañero perruno que se convierta en su referente y le ayude a seguir avanzando. En el refugio ha convivido mucho con Cloude, con quien ha creado un vínculo muy especial y bonito. Sería maravilloso que ambos pudieran encontrar juntos el hogar que tanto merecen. Pero también creemos que Helena está preparada para comenzar una nueva vida junto a otro perrito con el que pueda crear un vínculo tan especial como el que ya ha demostrado ser capaz de construir.
