We found you, together with several other dogs, at the municipal animal shelter in the city of Oradea in Romania. You were severely neglected and extremely thin, it was very sad to see. The people from the SOS Dogs Romania animal shelter, with help from the Romanian animal police, rescued you and your brother Diego, along with many other dogs there. Fortunately, all of that is behind you now. You are now healthy and look beautiful again! You are a very kind and friendly girl, and it seems you have happily forgotten all the bad luck. You get along great with other dogs and love to cuddle with people! What we wish for you now is a nice home where you never have to suffer from hunger again and where you are safe forever. We hope this will happen soon! Donna is still in Romania but can come to the Netherlands soon. If you are interested in Donna, please send us a message with your living and work situation and any experience you have with dogs. If after an intake conversation it turns out you are a match, an appointment can be made to visit and pick her up at our small shelter in Didam. Je kreeg de mooie naam Donna en je doet je naam eer aan, want mooi ben je absoluut! Je wordt een grote meid en je geschatte geboortedatum is juni 2022. We vonden je, samen met een aantal andere honden in het gemeente asiel van de stad Oradea in Roemenië. Je was zwaar verwaarloosd en graatmager, het was enorm triest om te zien. De mensen van het asiel van SOS Dogs Roemenië hebben, met hulp van de Roemeense dierenpolitie, jou en je broer Diego, samen met nog veel andere honden daar uitgehaald. Gelukkig ligt dat allemaal achter je. Inmiddels ben je mooi op gewicht, en zie je er weer prachtig uit! Je bent een heel lief en vriendelijk meisje, en lijkt al het slechte gelukkig te zijn vergeten. Andere honden vindt je geweldig en met mensen kun je heerlijk knuffelen! Wat we nu voor je wensen is een fijn huisje, waar je nooit meer honger hoeft te lijden, en voor altijd veilig bent. We hopen dat dit snel gaat lukken! Donna is nog in Roemenië maar kan binnenkort naar Nederland komen. Mocht u interesse hebben in Donna dan ontvangen we graag een berichtje met uw woon- en werksituatie en eventuele ervaring met honden. Als na een intake gesprek blijkt dat jullie een match zijn, dan kan een afspraak gemaakt worden om haar te bezoeken en op te halen in onze kleinschalige opvang in Didam.
