Howie arrived at the shelter as part of a seizure. His former owners had left him alone in their apartment for six days, which naturally marked this young dog upon his arrival with us. Initially very stressed, Howie needed some time to regain confidence. Over the days, he opened up to caregivers and gradually revealed his true personality: that of a deeply kind, affectionate and lively dog. Today, Howie is full of energy and particularly enjoys running in the gardens. Walks are also a real pleasure for him. Curious by nature, he likes to take time to discover his environment, sniff every scent and calmly enjoy his outings without pulling on the leash. Very close to humans, Howie eagerly seeks petting and appreciates moments of complicity. His dynamic temperament will make him an ideal companion for an active family, ready to offer him regular activities and a good quality of life. Regarding his relationships with other dogs, we do not know exactly what his past was like. However, given his behavior at the shelter, we think he could get along well with fellow dogs. A meeting at the shelter will confirm compatibility.

Howie est arrivé au refuge dans le cadre d’une saisie. Ses anciens propriétaires l’avaient laissé seul dans leur appartement pendant six jours. Une situation particulièrement difficile qui a naturellement marqué ce jeune chien lors de son arrivée chez nous. Très stressé au départ, Howie a eu besoin d’un peu de temps pour reprendre confiance. Au fil des jours, il s’est ouvert aux soigneurs et a progressivement laissé apparaître sa véritable personnalité : celle d’un chien profondément gentil, affectueux et plein de vie. Aujourd’hui, Howie déborde d’énergie et apprécie tout particulièrement les moments passés à courir dans les jardins. Les promenades sont également un véritable plaisir pour lui. Curieux de nature, il aime prendre le temps de découvrir son environnement, de renifler chaque odeur et profite calmement de ses sorties sans tirer en laisse. Très proche de l’humain, Howie recherche volontiers les caresses et apprécie les moments de complicité. Son tempérament dynamique en fera un compagnon idéal pour une famille active, prête à lui offrir des activités régulières et une belle qualité de vie. Concernant ses relations avec les autres chiens, nous ne connaissons pas précisément son passé. Toutefois, au vu de son comportement au refuge, nous pensons qu’il pourrait tout à fait s’entendre avec des congénères. Une rencontre au refuge permettra de confirmer les compatibilités.
