Sweet Hugo is sadly back in our care. We’ve learned more about what he needs, and now we’re focused on finding him the right setting where he can truly thrive. Hugo has ongoing skin allergies, and his condition is much easier to manage in a home with non-carpeted flooring (wood, laminate, or similar). This is essential to help keep him comfortable and reduce flare-ups. Despite everything he’s been through, Hugo remains incredibly loving, gentle, and affectionate. He adores attention, seeks reassurance, and has the softest, kindest nature. He just wants to feel safe and loved. Hugo is good with children, hasn’t lived with other cats, and does not like dogs. He would be happiest as the only pet in a calm, understanding home. A safe outdoor space away from other cats would be a bonus so he can enjoy some fresh air without stress. Hugo doesn’t ask for much just patience, stability, and a home that can meet his needs. In return, he will give you unwavering love and companionship.
