On January 18, 2018, Mrs. Meda moved onto the Animal Life Farm with her husband Mr. Mirki. Mrs. Meda was born in April 2009 in Zenica (Bosnia) and lived happily and contentedly as a street dog there. The association "SAPA Bosnia – Sponsorships and Emergencies – Dogs from Sapa Zenica" cared for the dogs there, providing them with food and medical attention. When the city of Zenica began capturing and killing street dogs in January 2017, Mrs. Meda and Mr. Mirki, along with about 100 other dogs, were rescued from the streets and placed in "pensions." Since both dogs were already in advanced age and could only be rehomed together, there was no chance to find a new home for the two. Therefore, we decided to take Mrs. Meda and Mr. Mirki in. Mrs. Meda is a very calm and loving female dog. She likes to lie on her bed with a pink heart blanket in the dog room and sleep. She happily shows her belly to people and asks for cuddles. Sometimes she has the mischievous streak; then she spins and bounces around. This often brings us a lot of laughter. Mrs. Meda and Mr. Mirki have known each other since puppyhood. Am 18. Januar 2018 zog Frau Meda zusammen mit ihrem Mann Herr Mirki auf dem Tierlebenshof ein. Frau Meda wurde im April 2009 in Zenica (Bosnien) geboren. Dort lebte sie glücklich und zufrieden als Straßenhund. Der Verein „SAPA Bosnien – Patenschaften und Notfälle – Tiere von Sapa Zenica“ kümmert sich dort um die Hunde, versorgt sie mit Futter und betreut sie medizinisch. Als die Stadt Zenica im Januar 2017 anfing, Straßenhunde einzufangen und zu töten, wurden Frau Meda und Herr Mirki zusammen mit ca. 100 weiteren Hunden von der Straße gerettet und in „Pensionen“ untergebracht. Da beide Hunde bereits im gehobenen Alter waren und nur zusammen vermittelt werden sollten, gab es keine Chance, ein neues Zuhause für die beiden zu finden. Also entschlossen wir uns, Frau Meda und Herrn Mirki bei uns aufzunehmen. Frau Meda ist eine sehr gelassene und liebe Hündin. Am liebsten liegt sie im Hundezimmer auf ihrem Bett mit rosa Herzchendecke und schläft. Menschen präsentiert sie gerne ihren Bauch und fordert Streicheleinheiten ein. Manchmal hat sie den Schalk im Nacken; dann wirbelt und hüpft sie umher. So bringt sie uns sehr oft zum Lachen. Frau Meda und Herr Mirki kennen sich von Welpenalter an.
