We had already introduced Igor in 2024 as an emergency case, after barely surviving a serious car accident. Now it's time to find him a lovely home with kind people. At first—still under the effects of the accident—Igor didn't want much to do with people. Perhaps he had already had bad experiences with people before his accident. And the fact that he also went blind in his previously intact left eye due to the accident greatly unsettled the poor fellow. But over time, our partner Loredana managed to make Igor into a cuddly cat with great patience. If you approach him carefully, hold out a hand for him to sniff, he will win your trust and even demand cuddles. And as you can see, Igor has also grown into a really handsome tomcat with a dense, longer coat and a bushy tail. If you would like to take Igor into your family, we look forward to your message. He will only be placed in a home suitable for apartment living with a cat-safe netted balcony or secured terrace.

Wir hatten Igor schon 2024 vorgestellt - als Notfellchen, nachdem er einen schweren Autounfall nur knapp überlebt hatte. Und nun ist es an der Zeit, für ihn ein schönes Zuhause bei lieben Menschen zu finden.Anfangs - noch unter dem Einfluss der Unfallfolgen - wollte Igor nicht viel mit Menschen zu tun haben. Vielleicht hatte er auch schon vor seinem Unfall ungute Erfahrungen mit Menschen gemacht. Und dass er durch den Unfall auf dem zuvor noch intakten linken Auge auch noch erblindet war, verunsicherte den armen Kerl sehr.Aber im Laufe der Zeit hat unsere Partnerin Loredana es mit viel Geduld geschafft, aus Igor einen Schmusekater zu machen. Wenn man sich ihm vorsichtig nähert, ihm ruhig eine Hand hinhält, die er dann beschnuppern kann, gewinnt man sein Vertrauen und er fordert Streicheleinheiten regelrecht ein. Und wie man sehen kann, ist Igor zudem ein richtig hübscher Kater mit dichtem, längeren Fell und buschigem Schweif geworden.
