Not only physically: her left eye seems perpetually tearful. But it’s not an illness—it’s a non-functioning tear duct, a reminder of the infections Indy battled when she was abandoned in a deserted village. It’s actually surprising that such a delicate creature as Indy survived the fights over food and constant shelling. Add to that her evacuation, lengthy treatment at the vet clinic—with injections and procedures that frightened her even more than the airstrikes themselves. After everything she’s been through, isn’t it only natural for her to be a little scared? Just a bit more attention, a kind word, a tasty treat—and this girl will reach out for your hands all by herself, purr contentedly, and start playing. Patience and love are the only remedies that can restore her heart’s trust and bring joy back into her life. Але це не хвороба, це не працююча сльозина залоза, нагадування про інфекції, які Інді подолала, коли її кинули напризволяще в спустошеному селі.
