Recognising that his wellbeing was suffering, his family made the heart-breaking decision to give him the opportunity to find a home better suited to his needs. Now in foster care, Jeff is looking for a special family who can offer him the calm, understanding environment he needs to truly flourish. What Jeff Needs Jeff thrives in a peaceful setting. A quiet home with predictable routines helps him feel safe and secure, whereas busy households can leave him feeling overwhelmed and stressed. While he may seem initially reserved when meeting new people, those who take the time to earn his trust are rewarded with the most loving, affectionate and devoted companion. Jeff forms incredibly strong bonds, but he needs patience and understanding while those relationships develop. His future family should expect that building a connection with Jeff will take time. To help him feel comfortable and secure, several visits to his foster home in Oxfordshire will be required before adoption.
