Extremely weak, with severe anemia, and fear etched in their eyes. We continue to fight for them. After everything he's lived through, all he needs is something very simple: a quiet home and someone who will love him without expecting too much in return. He gets along well with his companions and is very calm. Jesse needs the most important thing: a permanent home or a permanent foster care.
