Julien was found wandering between two villages with a chain in the neck. He's a little older dog who's probably lived his entire life on a chain. His neck wound has healed beautifully, and Julien enjoys freedom and life without pain at the shelter. Julien may have had to be beaten because sometimes strangers or certain sounds get scared of things. When a man gets it, Julien becomes a nice dog who likes to make fun, runs. He doesn't know how to play, sometimes toys get scared, but he loves pamlsky all the more. Julien's already waiting at the shelter for his new family, for his second chance to finally live happily ever after. He's not aggressive about dogs, but he needs to be introduced carefully.
