This wonderful female dog has snuck directly into our hearts. Our Greek animal welfare workers found her emaciated and could not look away. Kanela is now in our care and shows herself to be an incredibly friendly and loving girl despite the loud and stressful shelter environment. In the shelter, she was constantly on the go, curious, active, and always in the middle of everything – in, out, everything was explored. It's clear that she wants to discover the world. In the house, however, she shows her completely different side: calm, relaxed, and nicely balanced. She enjoys the company of humans and comes to rest wonderfully. With other dogs, Kanela is absolutely compatible and uncomplicated. Cats have not yet been tested. She also masters car rides with great composure. In the shelter, Kanela has sometimes barked in the yard – for us, no surprise given all the stress and noise there. Once she is in a quiet environment, however, she does not show herself as a big barker. Kanela is a Jägi-Mix and has not yet experienced much of life in a family. Many everyday things are new to her and must be shown to her with love. She is looking for people with patience, heart, and understanding who can give her security and want to explore the small and big adventures of life with her. We wish for Kanela a home where she can finally arrive. People who do not expect her to be perfect but are ready to give her the time she deserves. For behind her curious eyes lies a very special soul that simply wants to belong.

Diese wunderbare Hündin hat sich direkt in unsere Herzen geschlichen. Unsere griechischen Tierschützer fanden sie völlig abgemagert und konnten natürlich nicht wegschauen. Kanela ist inzwischen in unserer Obhut und zeigt sich trotz der lauten und stressigen Shelter-Umgebung als ein unglaublich freundliches und liebevolles Mädchen. Im Shelter war sie ständig unterwegs, neugierig, aktiv und immer mittendrin – rein, raus, alles wurde erkundet. Man merkt einfach, dass sie die Welt entdecken möchte. Im Haus dagegen zeigt sie ihre ganz andere Seite: ruhig, entspannt und angenehm ausgeglichen. Sie genießt die Nähe zu Menschen und kommt wunderbar zur Ruhe. Mit anderen Hunden ist Kanela absolut verträglich und unkompliziert. Katzen konnten bisher noch nicht getestet werden. Auch Autofahren meistert sie ganz entspannt. Im Shelter hat Kanela im Zwinger teilweise gebellt – für uns kein Wunder bei all dem Stress und der Lautstärke dort. Sobald sie jedoch in einer ruhigen Umgebung ist, zeigt sie sich nicht als große Kläfferin. Kanela ist ein Jägi-Mix und kennt bisher noch nicht viel vom Leben in einer Familie. Viele Alltagsdinge sind für sie neu und müssen ihr liebevoll gezeigt werden. Sie sucht Menschen mit Geduld, Herz und Verständnis, die ihr Sicherheit geben und gemeinsam mit ihr die kleinen und großen Abenteuer des Lebens entdecken möchten. Wir wünschen uns für Kanela ein Zuhause, in dem sie endlich ankommen darf. Menschen, die sie nicht perfekt erwarten, sondern bereit sind, ihr die Zeit zu geben, die sie verdient. Denn hinter ihren neugierigen Augen steckt eine ganz besondere Seele, die einfach nur dazugehören möchte. ❤️
