Our initially reserved senior is looking for a new home with patient and empathetic cat people. She enjoys being petted and scratched on the chin by caregivers she trusts, otherwise she is still somewhat reserved. She is social with her own kind but keeps her distance. The female might appreciate a like-minded companion at her new location. We are not aware of Karen's experience with dogs. This integration would need to be handled by the new owners. Children who have learned a calm approach to animals and are over 12 years old should not be a problem for her. Once she feels completely at home, she desires a wide and exciting territory to explore, away from busy roads. Karen is not being placed in the Jenins area. Unsere zu Beginn zurückhaltende Seniorin ist auf der Suche nach einem neuen Zuhause bei geduldigen und einfühlsamen Katzenmenschen. Bei Tierpflegern, denen sie vertraut, lässt sie sich sehr gerne streicheln und am Kinn kraulen, ansonsten ist sie noch etwas zurückhaltend. Gegenüber ihren Artgenossen ist sie sozial, hält aber meistens Abstand. Möglicherweise würde sich die Kätzin über ein gleichgesinntes Gspändli am neuen Ort freuen. Ob Karen bereits Erfahrungen mit Hunden gemacht hat, ist uns nicht bekannt. Diese Zusammenführung müsste von den neuen Besitzern gemacht werden. Kinder, die einen ruhigen Umgang mit Tieren erlernt haben und bereits älter als 12 Jahre alt sind, sollten aus unserer Sicht kein Thema für sie sein. Sobald sie sich rundum wohlfühlt am neuen Ort, wünscht sie sich ein weites und spannendes Streifgebiet, welches sie erkundigen darf, fernab von stark befahrenen Straßen.
