Kenya hübscher Welpe

Mixed Breed · Female · Young · 1 year

Kenya hübscher Welpe Estimated Birth Date: 02.2025Shoulder Height: approx. 30 cm - as of 23.04.2025 - still growing. Spayed: no. Gender: femaleOrigin: RomaniaLocation of the Dog: RomaniaChild-friendly: yesCat-friendly: not tested, currently probably yes. Compatible with other dogs: yesHandicap: noKenya is described by her foster mom as an independent and full of energy puppy. She is the "serious" one of all, imposing and a bit bossy towards the other puppies. But she is not always like that; most of the time, she is playful and happy and full of energy. She likes to snuggle with us and is always overjoyed to see her foster mom. She always has an appetite and never leaves her little plate empty:-)All siblings - Kai, Katrina, Kenya, Karissa, and Kenzy are looking for their own family. The cute ones were found alone and abandoned in the forest without a mother, without food, or water. However, they are all in top condition, healthy, and lively, normal playful puppies. They had the good fortune to travel together to a foster home, thus sparing them the terrible animal shelter. Nothing is known about their further past, and the estimated age is based on the experience of the local animal welfare workers.Naturally, they still need to learn the German dog basics. Their future humans can lovingly teach them all the many things. They should enjoy walks through field and forest.Gladly, they can be rehomed to a nice only-dog home, but they can also move into a new home as a single dog. In that case, social contacts with other fellow animals should be guaranteed. Even against sensible, slightly older children, the sweet ones definitely have nothing to complain about. The little ones are very charming; they should grow up in a family, where they can gather new impressions and make experiences. Therefore, we hope that they will be discovered soon and be able to travel. Who would like to share their life with Kenya? Our dogs are vaccinated, microchipped, spayed (if they are in the required age), with a vaccination certificate for their new home.

Kenya hübscher Welpe Geschätztes Geburtsdatum: 02.2025Schulterhöhe: ca. 30 cm - Stand 23.04.2025 - noch im Wachstum. Kastriert: nein. About Kenya hübscher Welpe

What life with Kenya hübscher Welpe looks like

Kenya hübscher Welpe is a extra-large young adult mixed breed dog waiting at Tierschutz La Palma e.V. in Hüllhorst.

An young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. A larger dog like this one needs daily off-leash time when possible — a fenced yard or regular access to safe walking trails. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kenya hübscher Welpe, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kenya hübscher Welpe?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierschutz La Palma e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kenya hübscher Welpe on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kenya hübscher Welpe if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierschutz La Palma e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Kenya hübscher Welpe already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kenya hübscher Welpe isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierschutz La Palma e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kenya hübscher Welpe and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
