Kluska i Pulpet

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 5 months

Kluska and Pulpet had their whole lives with their human. They had a home, their daily routine, and a sense of security. Until one day their owner passed away. 💔 And so Kluska and Pulpet ended up in a shelter. They don't understand what happened. They don't know why they no longer have their human, their home, and their familiar walls. They don't know why instead of their own bed they have a shelter box. And yet... they are still happy. ❤️ When someone comes to visit them, joy appears immediately. They enjoy visits, love walks, and every moment spent with a human. They are just learning to walk nicely on a leash, but they are making progress and really want to be close to a human. They are also bonded with each other. They get along well, feel safer together, and it's clear that the presence of the other dog gives them a sense of security. That's why we dream of a shared home for Kluska and Pulpet. 🥹❤️ But if two good, responsible homes appear for them, we will also consider adoption separately. Because there is something we are very afraid of... Often dogs that end up in shelters are just like them at first. Happy. Full of energy. Enjoying every human. As if they still believe that someone will come for them soon. And then weeks pass. Months. Sometimes years... And that spark begins to slowly fade. The joy of a walk turns into indifference. The dog stops looking for a human. Stops believing that someone will choose them. Hope slowly burns out. We really want Kluska and Pulpet to never have to feel that. 💔 Help us make sure their story doesn't end in a shelter box. 🐾 PULPET - larger, white coat, estimated year of birth: 2021 🐾 KLUSKA - smaller, black, estimated year of birth: 2022 📌 They are in a shelter near Radom (Mazowieckie province). Najpierw stracili swojego człowieka. Później stracili dom. A teraz próbują zrozumieć, dlaczego ich świat nagle wygląda zupełnie inaczej… Kluska i Pulpet przez całe swoje życie mieli swojego człowieka. Mieli dom, swoją codzienność i poczucie bezpieczeństwa. A potem mijają tygodnie. Miesiące. Czasami lata... I ta iskra zaczyna powoli gasnąć. Radość ze spaceru zamienia się w obojętność. Pies przestaje wypatrywać człowieka. Przestaje wierzyć, że ktoś go wybierze. Nadzieja powoli się wypala. Bardzo chcemy, żeby Kluska i Pulpet nigdy nie musieli tego poczuć. 💔 Pomóżcie nam sprawić, żeby ich historia nie skończyła się na schroniskowym boksie. 🐾 PULPET - większy, z białym umaszczeniem, szacowany rok urodzenia: 2021 🐾 KLUSKA - mniejsza, czarna, szacowany rok urodzenia: 2022 📌 Przebywają w schronisku pod Radomiem (woj. mazowieckie). About Kluska i Pulpet

What life with Kluska i Pulpet looks like

Kluska i Pulpet is a medium-sized puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Fundacja Puszatek in Warszawa.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kluska i Pulpet, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kluska i Pulpet?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Puszatek handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kluska i Pulpet on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kluska i Pulpet if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Puszatek will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Kluska i Pulpet already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kluska i Pulpet isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Puszatek early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kluska i Pulpet and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
