Lady Britta, or more familiarly Britta, is a sweet 4-year-old female cat. Britta was trapped in Toivakka in early July with her kittens. Britta first lived in the same foster home with her kittens for a few months and then moved to a different foster home in late September. Britta is still quite shy and may hiss if a person gets too close. She enjoys her own company but follows human activities with interest. In her first foster home, Britta sometimes allowed herself to be petted during meals. In her current foster home, she dares to come closer to humans for treats and is becoming bolder day by day. There is potential for her to become a sociable house cat. Britta likes to watch the scenery through the sauna window and has occasionally dared to play with a ball for a moment with a human. She likes food regardless of the brand. Britta has been dewormed, chipped, spayed, and vaccinated, and FIV/FeLV tests are negative. Britta is clean and has no known health problems. However, there is some tartar on her teeth, which is not an urgent need for removal, so it is the responsibility of the new home to take care of it. Britta is looking for a patient home where she can get used to being around people. Britta is startled by sudden movements and may hiss and growl when startled, so she is not suitable for a family with young children. As a population background, she has been in contact with other cats but has not yet met other cats in her foster home. She is not used to dogs. Lady Britta tai tuttavallisemmin Britta, on noin 4-vuotias suloinen kissatyttö. Britta loukutettiin heinäkuun alussa Toivakasta pentuineen. Britta asui ensin muutaman kuukauden pentujen kanssa samassa ensikodissa ja vaihtoi syyskuun lopussa yksin toiseen ensikotiin. Britta on vielä melko arka ja saattaa sähistä, jos ihminen menee liian lähelle. Hän viihtyy omissa oloissaan mutta seurailee kiinnostuneena ihmisen puuhia. Ensimmäisessä ensikodissa Britta oli antanut joskus ruokailun yhteydessä hieman silittää. Nykyisessäkin ensikodissa hän uskaltaa tulla herkkujen perässä lähemmäs ihmistä ja on päivä päivältä rohkeampi. Potentiaalia seuralliseksi kotikissaksi siis löytyy. Britta tykkää katsella saunan ikkunasta maisemia ja on muutamasti uskaltanut leikkiä ihmisen kanssa hetken pallolla. Ruoka hänelle maistuu hyvin merkistä riippumatta. Britta on madotettu, sirutettu, leikattu ja rokotettu ja FIV/FeLV-testit ovat negatiivisia. Britta on sisäsiisti ja hänellä ei ole todettu terveydellisiä ongelmia. Hampaissa on kuitenkin hieman hammaskiveä, jonka poistotarve ei ole kiireellinen, joten asian hoitaminen jää uuden kodin vastuulle.
