She urgently seeks a foster home—or even better, a permanent home. Lani came to the shelter with her two siblings and her mother from a colony. At first shy, the young cats quickly adapted and slowly got used to people. Lani is a very friendly cat and very social with the other animals in her group. With people she knows, she is more open and allows herself to be petted, but with strangers she keeps a distance. Lani has a food allergy. Unfortunately, it is not possible at the shelter to feed her exclusively with a special diet, as a steady food supply must be ensured for all the cats. Due to her allergy, she has developed eye problems, with inflammation and tearing, sometimes also swelling. Currently, she is receiving medication, but this is not a permanent solution. Sie sucht dringend eine Pflegestelle - oder noch besser - ein endgültiges Zuhause. Lani kam als junge Katze mit ihren beiden Geschwistern und ihrer Mama aus einer Kolonie in das Katzenhaus von Casas Ibanez. Anfangs schüchtern haben sich die jungen Katzen schnell eingelebt und auch langsam an die Menschen gewöhnt. Lana ist eine sehr freundliche Katze und sehr sozialverträglich mit den anderen Tieren in ihrer Gruppe. Bei Menschen, die sie kennt, ist sie offener und lässt sich anfassen, bei Fremden hält sie erstmal Abstand. Lana hat eine Futtermittelallergie. Leider ist es im Katzenhaus nicht möglich, sie rein mit Diätfutter zu ernähren, da ein stetiger Futterzugang für alle Katzen gewährleistet sein muss. Durch ihre Allergie hat sie Probleme mit den Augen bekommen, sie sind entzündet und tränen, teilweise auch geschwollen. Aktuell bekommt sie Medikamente, aber das ist keine Dauerlösung. Was sie jetzt braucht, ist ein ruhiger Ort, an dem sie mit geeignetem Futter versorgt wird und endlich zur Ruhe kommen kann.
