Lanzarote arrived at PROA with five other fellow animals from another shelter. He shared the enclosure with Ibiza and Mallorca. Originally, only the two female dogs were supposed to be taken in, but Lanzarote loudly protested by crying when he was left alone in the enclosure. So he was packed up at the last minute and can now hopefully find a new family soon. Since Lanzarote is very group-oriented, there should be another fellow animal, preferably a male, waiting in his new home. Lanzarote is very people-oriented, cuddly, and clingy, and enjoys it when someone takes care of him. Therefore, many gentle hands should be waiting for him in his new home. We will update his profile when Lanzarote has settled in a bit. Born: Age follows, size approx. 67 cm, weight approx. 22 kg, personality: very friendly, people-oriented, compatible with fellow animals, in the animal shelter since March 2026. Lanzarote travels microchipped, vaccinated, neutered, and tested for all Mediterranean diseases. A blood test of organ values will also be performed before travel arrangements. Lanzarote will be provided with a safety harness, and a GPS tracker is mandatory. Lanzarote kam mit 5 weiteren Artgenossen aus einem anderen Shelter zur PROA. Dort teilte er sich den Zwinger mit Ibiza und Mallorca. Ursprünglich sollten nur die beiden Hündinnen übernommen werden, doch Lanzarote protestierte laut weinend, als er alleine im Zwinger zurückbleiben sollte. So wurde er kurzerhand ebenfalls eingepackt und kann nun hoffentlich auch bald eine eigene Familie finden. Da Lanzarote sehr an seiner Gruppe orientiert ist, sollte im neuen Zuhause auf jeden Fall ein weiterer Artgenosse auf den schönen Rüden warten. Lanzarote ist sehr menschenbezogen, verschmust und anhänglich und genießt es sehr, wenn man sich um ihn kümmert. Es dürfen somit viele streichelnde Hände im neuen Zuhause auf ihn warten. Gegebenenfalls werden wir sein Profil aktualisieren, wenn Lanzarote sich etwas eingelebt hat.
