She had been wandering for a long time, had apparently also had several litters. Her babies were taken away or died. Our animal welfare workers on site took Lea into our care to give her a good life. She is now housed in the private shelter in Fantanele. A shelter that isn’t particularly nice – but Lea is safe and can find her own home from here. Lea is about 3 years old and brings a medium, sturdy size with 55 cm and 30 kg. At first, she is still shy with unfamiliar people. Once she has gained trust, she is simply loving and happy in company. Lea likes to be outside, can already be put in harness and leash. She shows herself to be intelligent and is also compatible with other dogs. Our helpers rave about Lea, because she is incredibly sweet and despite all the hardships she has experienced in her life, she shows herself to be so lovable. Lea could be a German Shepherd mix and bring along some herding dog genes. She doesn’t just want to be physically occupied with beautiful outdoor activities, but also mentally stimulated. A visit to a positively working dog training class could help find a dog hobby for her. Additionally, she looks forward to regular contact with her fellow animals and many snuggle sessions with her people. Lea doesn’t know what it’s like to live in a home and be surrounded and loved by people. She has to learn everything. But we are sure that Lea will always show her chocolate side and do her best to learn the dog ABC together with her family. For Lea, a more rural home without much city noise and commotion would be suitable. Our Lea is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea-treated. Unsere sanftmütige Lea wurde von der Straße gerettet. Schon lange streunerte sie umher, hatte scheinbar auch mehrere Würfe. Ihre Babys wurden ihr weggenommen oder sind verstorben. Unsere Tierschützer vor Ort nahmen Lea in unsere Obhut um ihr ein schönes Leben schenken zu können. Sie ist nun im privaten Shelter von Fantanele untergebracht. Eine Pension, in der es nicht besonders schön ist – aber Lea ist in Sicherheit und kann von hier aus ihr eigenes Zuhause finden. Lea ist etwa 3 Jahre alt und bringt mit 55 cm und 30 kg eine mittlere, stattliche Größe mit. Bei unbekannten Menschen ist sie anfangs noch schüchtern. Hat sie Vertrauen gefasst, ist sie einfach nur liebevoll und glücklich in der Gesellschaft. Lea ist gerne draußen, lässt sich auch schon gut Geschirr und Leine anziehen. Sie zeigt sich als intelligent und ist auch verträglich mit anderen Hunden. Unsere Helfer schwärmen von Lea, weil sie unfassbar süß ist und trotz aller Widrigkeiten die sie in ihrem Leben erleben musste sich als so liebenswert zeigt. Lea könnte ein Schäferhund-Mischling sein und entsprechend Hütehundgene mitbringen. Sie möchte sicher nicht nur körperlich mit schönen Unternehmungen in die Natur beschäftigt werden, sondern auch geistig ausgelastet werden. Ein Besuch in einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule könnte helfen ein Hunde-Hobby für sie zu finden. Außerdem freut sie sich auf den regelmäßigen Kontakt mit ihren Artgenossen und viele Schmuseeinheiten mit ihren Menschen. Lea kennt es nicht in einem Haushalt zu leben und von Menschen umsorgt und geliebt zu werden. Sie muss alles noch lernen. Aber wir sind uns sicher, dass sich Lea stets von ihrer Schokoladenseite zeigen wird und immer ihr bestes geben wird um gemeinsam mit ihrer Familie das Hunde-ABC zu lernen. Für Lea wäre ein eher ländlich gelegenes Zuhause passend, ohne viel Stadtlärm und Trubel. Unsere Lea ist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht. Sie bringt ihren EU-Heimtierausweis mit und kann nach positiver Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 450 Euro in ihr neues Leben reisen. Auch über eine Pflegestelle wäre sie sehr dankbar.
