Leriju was brought to the shelter with a story: the owner had passed away, her mother is a bedridden invalid, and there is no one else who could take care of the dog. Until the age of three, the dog had never been vaccinated, and thus, had also never been microchipped… The brown, wiry brindle (27 kg) initially seemed like a gentle forest creature, but after settling into the shelter, he revealed himself to be active, healthy, and good-natured. Only during moments when, for example, he was suddenly poked around the ears or limbs, or when something startled him, would Lerij start to panic. The wiry is suitable for people without small children who have experience in raising and training dogs. Lerij would be best rented out, and if living in the city, he should be professionally socialized regularly to reduce such panic attacks. The dog had previously lived in an apartment and gets along well with other dogs. He is handsome, active, fine, and a good companion.

Leriju uz patversmi atveda ar stāstu: saimnieks ir miris, viņa māte ir guļoša invalīde, un nav neviena cita, kurš par suni varētu parūpēties. Līdz trīs gadu vecumam suns ne reizi nebija vakcinēts, līdz ar to – nebija arī čipēts… Bēši rudais, vilkveidīgais brašulis (27 kg) sākumā likās maigas dabas rējējs, taču, iedzīvojies patversmē, viņš atklājas kā aktīvs, aušīgs un labsirdīgs suns. Vienīgi brīžos, kad, piemēram, pavada sapinas ap ķepām vai asti, vai kas cits viņu pēkšņi pārbiedē, Lerijam sākas panika. Adopcijai smukulis ir piemērots cilvēkiem bez maziem bērniem, kuriem ir pieredze suņu audzināšanā un skološanā. Leriju būtu labi paskolot un, ja dzīvošana paredzēta pilsētā, arī profesionāļa uzraudzībā kārtīgi socializēt, lai šādi panikas uzliesmojumi izzustu.
